Indevor is een Nederlandse technologiepartner. We ontwikkelen maatwerksoftware, automatiseren processen, koppelen systemen en zorgen dat applicaties blijven presteren. We zijn bewust geen “softwareleverancier” die oplevert en verdwijnt. We zijn een digitale ontwikkelpartner en sparringpartner: we beginnen bij je bedrijfsvraagstuk, kiezen daarna de technologie die aantoonbaar waarde oplevert, en blijven betrokken om je software te laten meegroeien.

## Werkwijze
- Eerst ontwerpen, dan bouwen: Je ziet en keurt het ontwerp goed voordat de ontwikkeling start. Geen verrassingen achteraf.
- Transparante planning: Alle taken en voortgang staan in een gedeelde planning (Jira). Je ziet altijd waar we aan werken.
- Eerst testen, dan live: Nieuwe functies test je in een eigen acceptatieomgeving voordat je gebruikers ze zien.
- Veilige, kleine updates: Updates worden automatisch gecontroleerd en uitgerold: vaker, kleiner en met minder risico.
- AI waar het tijd bespaart: Kan een taak met AI veel sneller zonder kwaliteitsverlies, dan zetten we het in. Onze ontwikkelaars controleren het resultaat altijd.
- Eén vast aanspreekpunt: Korte lijnen en iemand die je organisatie en je software kent.

## Veelgestelde vragen
- Wat kost een project? Dat hangt af van de omvang. Na de kennismaking ontvang je een helder voorstel met aanpak, planning en kosten, zodat je precies weet waar je aan toe bent voordat er iets start.
- Werken jullie ook voor kleinere bedrijven? Ja. We werken voor mkb-bedrijven en voor grotere organisaties. Vaak beginnen we klein — met één proces of één koppeling — en bouwen we van daaruit verder.
- Kunnen jullie werken met de systemen die we al hebben? Ja. Een groot deel van ons werk is het koppelen en verbeteren van bestaande systemen, in plaats van alles te vervangen.
- Wat gebeurt er na de livegang? We blijven betrokken via applicatiebeheer: hosting, updates, beveiliging, support en doorontwikkeling, op basis van een vaste maandelijkse afspraak.
- Gebruiken jullie AI om sneller te werken? Ja, waar het zinvol is. Als een taak met AI veel sneller kan zonder kwaliteitsverlies, zetten we het in. Onze ontwikkelaars controleren het resultaat altijd, en jij profiteert van de tijd die we besparen.
- Hoe houden jullie een project beheersbaar? Met een ontwerp vooraf, een gedeelde planning waarin je de voortgang volgt, en een aparte testomgeving waarin je alles controleert voordat het live gaat.

- What does a project cost? That depends on the scope. After the introduction you receive a clear proposal with approach, planning and costs, so you know exactly where you stand before anything starts.
- Do you also work for smaller businesses? Yes. We work for SMEs and for larger organisations. We often start small — with one process or one integration — and build from there.
- Can you work with the systems we already have? Yes. A large part of our work is connecting and improving existing systems, instead of replacing everything.
- What happens after go-live? We stay involved through application management: hosting, updates, security, support and continuous development, based on a fixed monthly agreement.
- Do you use AI to work faster? Yes, where it makes sense. If a task can be done much faster with AI without losing quality, we use it. Our developers always review the result, and you benefit from the time we save.
- How do you keep a project under control? With a design up front, a shared planning where you follow progress, and a separate test environment where you check everything before it goes live.
